No, we will build on our lots or off site on customer's lots. We will help you to fit your home on your lot to best suit any views you are trying to capture.
No, we will build any of our models or from any plans we have in stock, or your plans. We can also meet with one of the different architects we work with.
After the permits are received, it will take between 4-6 months for homes between 4,000 and 6,000 sq. ft., 6-8 months for homes 6,000 sq. ft. and up. It does vary depending on the weather.
Yes, we will deal with any and all Villages and handle the complete permit process.
Yes, any custom home cannot be built without expecting some things to come up as your home is being built. We would be happy to meet out at the site to discuss the situation and give you a cost estimate.
Yes, we will keep you informed as you make your selections to any extra's and credit's and you can let us know if you want those items or stay with standard features.
We give a full one year warranty. And any and all manufacturer's warranties we will make sure they stand by.
